Fluffy pancakes

Ingredients

(SERVES 2)

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 2½ tsp baking power
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1½ cups milk
  • Butter, for greasing

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg and milk until completely blended.

Add in remaining ingredients and whisk until only small lumps remain.

Grease Inner Pot with butter.

Pour in half the batter.

Place Inner Pot in Cooking Chamber, secure lid and COOK.

If Quick Pot Grande switches to WARM leave until cooked. A toothpick inserted should come out clean. Place on plate and cook next one.

Serving suggestion. Top with fresh fruit and honey.
